Deliveries

We deliver everything from stock, unless it states that it is out of stock. Or that the product has just been sold out. Of course, we will inform you as soon as possible. After receipt of your payment we will ship the order. Orders will be shipped by Post.nl, DHL Parcel and UPS (worldwide). It is possible to ship to a pick-up point, please sent us an e-mail.

It is possible to ship to a pick-up location, please send us an e-mail when you want this.

Delivery time:

Orders placed and paid for before 16:00 will in most cases be shipped the same day. In case of extreme traffic this could be a day later. We ship your package with Postnl or DHL.

We pack the goods in boxes with a maximum weight of 30 kilograms.

For fragile goods, we will split an order into several packages.

Click and collect

If you have ordered and would like to collect the order, this is also possible. Just call or E-mail and we will make an appointment about the date and time.

Return policy:
 
 At Luchtbuks.com, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the opportunity to return your products within a certain period of time. Please read our return policy carefully below to find out how to request a return.
 
 
1. Legal right of cancellation
 
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. This falls under the legal right of withdrawal. You can return your order within this period, and we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs (except for the return shipping costs).
 
 
 
2. Conditions for returns
 
To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions:
 
 
 

The product is undamaged and in its original condition, including everything belonging to it, instructions for use, spare parts and packaging.
The product has not been used or assembled. If it has and there are traces visible on the product, we cannot accept it.
Air rifles can only be returned if they have not been used or damaged by the customer. If there is visible damage to the product (e.g. due to improper use or modification), the right of withdrawal expires.

3. Exceptions
 
We cannot accept returns for the following products:
 
 
 

Products that have been custom-made especially for you.
Products that have been used or damaged.
Opened packages such as those of pellet cans or grease, stock oil etcetera.

4. Return procedure
 
Follow the steps below to request your return:
 
Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at info@luchtbuks.com to request a return.
Mention your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions on how to return the product.
Pack the product very well (in the original packaging) and send it (insured for higher amounts) to the return address we will provide you with.
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless the product has arrived defective or damaged at your doorstep.

5. Refund
 
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive the full purchase price of the product, including standard shipping costs (if applicable), back into your account within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
 
 
6. Defective or damaged products
 
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will quickly solve the problem and provide you with a return label for the defective product. We will make sure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
