The Taipan Veteran is a top-of-the-line air rifle. It features a solid, well-thought-out design and is perfectly manufactured and inspected. Its accuracy is guaranteed to be excellent. This is partly due to the superb craftsmanship and the use of top-quality components from manufacturers such as Lothar Walter, CZ, Wika, and Minelli. The rifle comes standard with a manual, a set of spare O-rings, a filling probe with 1/8 BSP thread, 2 aluminum magazines, and an aluminum single-shot tray. It also includes precision adjustment pins that allow you to adjust the power of the hammer spring and unscrew the silencer for cleaning. The cocking arm operates very smoothly and can be mounted on either the left or right side. The solid stock is ambidextrous, making it suitable for both left- and right-handed shooters. The rubber butt pad ensures the butt does not slip off your shoulder when shouldering the rifle. The Veteran cannot be double-loaded, which is a major advantage. Double-loading is a major source of frustration. The Veteran also features an improved transfer port system. This allows more air to flow behind the pellet, significantly increasing power and efficiency—especially when combined with the high-quality regulator.
On top, you’ll find a long Picatinny rail with a 20 MOA downward slope. This makes it easier to adjust for both close-range and long-range shots with your scope. You’ll continue to use the optical center of your lenses. The suppressor is also exceptionally good, and upon request, we offer a custom-made suppressor adapter for use with an additional suppressor featuring a 1/2 UNF thread.
The reservoir can be filled to 250 bar and has a capacity of 292 cc. This ensures you have plenty of shots. The Taipan Veteran’s trigger system is unmatched. You can adjust the trigger at approximately 7 points, which is very unusual for trigger systems (especially on bullpups!). We can confidently say: the best and most intuitive trigger system ever seen on an air rifle! The trigger is equipped with a manual safety catch. Standard power: 51 joules.
