Shipping Policy

Shipping methods:

With us, you can choose between home delivery or pickup at a collection point. If you select " Service Point Delivery " at checkout, you will see the available locations on the next screen (after the payment screen). In the Netherlands, you can choose between PostNL, DPD, and DHL pickup points. In Belgium, you can choose betweenDHL and DPD pickup points, and in Germany, between DHL andDPD pickup points.

Sometimes a package may be too long or too heavy for carriers like PostNL or DHL. In that case, we will ship it via DPD.

Payment methods:

IDEAL / WERO, Bancontact, Klarna, IDEAL IN3, PayPal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bancaire, PostePay, Bank transfer.

Stock:

We ship everything from stock, unless it is marked as out of stock—or if the product happens to be sold out. Of course, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Our shipping partners are PostNL, DPD, and DHL Parcel. 

Prices:

Prices were automatically imported from the old website, so some prices may be incorrect. We reserve the right to correct prices after an order is placed and to bill you for the remaining amount. (You can always cancel your order if you do not agree to this.)

Delivery time:

Orders placed and paid for before 4:30 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. During the holiday season, due to reduced staffing, or during periods of extremely high volume, shipping may be delayed by one day. We ship your package via PostNL, DPD, or DHL.

We pack the goods in boxes weighing up to 30 kilograms. We always reserve the right to add shipping charges if heavy items result in disproportionately high shipping costs.

For fragile items, we will split an order into multiple packages.

If you've placed an order and would like to pick it up from us, that's also possible. Just give us a call or send us an email, and we'll set up a time and date.

Age verification:

If you have ordered an air gun, we, as a gun shop, are legally required to ask for a copy of your ID or driver’s license to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. You can take a photo and send it to info@luchtbuks.com or to this phone number on WhatsApp: +31 6 345 30 448

We only sell full-power air rifles unless we specify otherwise. Therefore, you are required to check the laws in your country before placing an order.

United Kingdom:

If you are ordering from the UK, your order must total at least £135, excluding shipping costs. This is because we do not have a VAT number in the UK.

We do not sell airguns or any other weapons to the UK. 

If you live in the UK and still place an order using a VPN, your order will be canceled, and we will deduct the transaction fees we incurred on the order from your refund.
