1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. This falls under the legalright of withdrawal. You can return your order within this period, and we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs (excluding the costs for the return shipment).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligiblefor a return, the products must meet the following conditions:
The product is undamaged and in its original condition, including all accessories, the user manual, parts, and packaging.
The product has not been used or assembled. If this is the case and there are visible signs of use on the product, we cannot accept it.
Air rifles can only be returned if they have not been used or damaged by the customer. If there is visible damage to the product (for example, due to improper use or modification), the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
3. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for the following products:
Products custom-made just for you.
Products that have been used or are damaged.
Opened packages, such as those for pellet cans, grease, flask oil, etc.
4. Return Procedure
Follow the steps below to request a return:
Contact our customer service atinfo@luchtbuks.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions on how to return the product.
Pack the product very well (in the original packaging) and send it (insured for higher amounts) to the return address we will provide.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product, including standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs for the return shipment will not be reimbursed.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received adefective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a return label for the defective product. We will ensure that you receive a replacement product or a full refund.
Cancel order:
If you have placed an order but would like to cancel it, you can do so. Please email us at info@luchtbuks.com to request the cancellation, including your name and order number. We will then refund the full amount to your account.
Cancellation of PayPal payment:
If you cancel or request a refund for a payment made via PayPal, we reserve the right to deduct the non-refundable transaction fees charged to us by PayPal from the refund amount, unless the cancellation is based on a legal right of withdrawal or a breach on our part.
Warranty:
We are always here to help you with a quality product, and we will repair or replace any product that is defective.
This applies only if you purchased the product from us. This warranty becomes void if you open the product yourself.
The warranty is therefore non-transferable and applies only to the first owner.
