Description
Huma-Air Adjustable Tuning Regulator for the RTI Priest and Prophet 1
The regulator reduces the outlet pressure of your rifle's air cylinder according to your settings, resulting in a consistent pellet velocity and improved accuracy.
It is equipped with a pressure gauge that indicates the cylinder's fill pressure and a male Foster connection for filling the rifle. The position of the gauge and the Foster connection can be mounted on either the left or right side, and they can be adjusted to any angle so they always look good on your rifle.
The package includes a second pressure gauge that replaces the second fill connection inside the rifle’s buttstock. Once you have installed this second gauge, you will be able to read and check the regulator’s output pressure.
The cylinder fill pressure will be displayed on the regulator collar gauge.
The regulator is equipped with a 3000 PSI safety burst disk, identical to the factory regulator
The benefits of this Huma-Air tuning regulator for your rifle
Higher accuracy due to the elimination of pellet speed fluctuations
The solid stainless steel hopper fill connection and pressure gauge can be switched from left to right
The position of the hopper and pressure gauge can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing you to align them as you wish.
Under the pressure gauge is an O-ring that allows the dial plate to be aligned straight for the eye.
This ensures a constant pellet speed across the entire working pressure range.
Pressure settings for the Huma-Air Tuning Regulator for the RTI Priest
Your RTI Priest regulator comes preset to the pressure we have tested it at, and this is marked on the packing. You can adjust the regulator to your desired setting within the pressure range.
The output pressure will be displayed on the additional pressure gauge, which can be mounted in the buttstock of your air rifle in place of the second Foster male coupler plug.
To install this test pressure gauge, use both O-rings (2 instead of 1) under the gauge threads; these are included with the gauge.
The regulator gauge, located on the collar of the regulator, requires only 1 O-ring under the threads. See the installation manual.
The Huma-Air Bottle Regulator is available in a wide pressure range of 60–170 bar output, covering sub-12 ft/lbs and FAC models.
Pressure can be adjusted by turning the set screw located inside the male threaded section of the regulator. Turning the screw counterclockwise for 5 minutes increases the pressure by approximately 7–8 bar.
To test and adjust your regulator, we recommend our simple Testing Tool, which makes it very easy to adjust your regulator without having to empty your pressure cylinder with every adjustment
Important safety notes:
These regulators are not suitable for standalone pressure bottles or buddy bottles.
The maximum working pressure of this model is 250 bar.
Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended fill pressure for your rifle.
Do not replace the original factory bottle with a higher-pressure version.
