Perfect for wooden or plastic stocks. Just mark the spots, drill the holes, and mount them. The inner plates have a sharp "furniture-maker" profile, so they grip the material securely. Tip: Drill larger holes on the inside using a wood drill bit or a countersink bit. This allows the inner plates to sink slightly into the wood, so they don’t get in the way... The bottom of the rail has a slightly concave profile and fits perfectly on both curved and flat stocks. Material: Hard-anodized aluminum.
