Superior Mounts!

Of course, the best rifles and the best rifle scopes deserve superior mounting rings. Admittedly, only the hardcore enthusiast goes to that trouble. After all, a cheap little mount for 25 euros works just fine on your Gamot. That’s perfectly fine and adequate, of course. It’s a different story when you’re mounting a high-end IOR scope on your Beaumont or RAW. Then it’s important to choose the best of the best. At 100 meters and beyond, every detail counts, of course. Cheap mounts aren’t milled from solid stock; they’re cast or molded using cheaper methods. Milling and grinding remain expensive production methods that generate a lot of waste and carry a high risk of breakage. The machines also have to be in top-notch condition—CNC, of course—to guarantee the tightest tolerances and repeatable quality. And that costs a lot more money and effort. That’s why mounts from brands like EAW and Recknagel are simply priced at premium and super-premium levels... That makes sense. But...... By chance, thanks to a tip from a customer, we found a top brand from Croatia: Rusan-Mikron... It offers the same level of quality as the two brands mentioned above, but.... A lot more affordable. That works out well because we also have IOR scopes back in stock—the ones with the 40mm tube, to be exact! But: Of course, we’ve also stocked the standard 30mm mounts… So even Sightron owners no longer have to feel embarrassed :-)
