A potful of coffee! That’s just what we needed. Great to hit the range for the first time with that hefty AEA Zeus Gen2 .72... So: two legs underneath, Zephyr on top. Brought along some Maxibal .73s and boom... Oh yeah, adjustable FX No Limit mounts because: Of course, we’re shooting right away at 100 meters with Maxibal bullets weighing nearly 1,000 grains. And then gravity always comes into play. Anyway, or “well,” as we also say. The first shot hit a bit too high. So, a few clicks and adjustments until we were on the target. No lie (which doesn’t happen often on the internet): First time we took it out, and right away we got a pretty nice group. After half a box of Ronald’s bullets, we called it a day. The last 3 shots of that 5-shot session were absolutely perfect! Now I’ll quickly call the customer so he can come pick it up.
